Mr. Butts is Chairman of Honor Valor Courage Corporation which is dedicated to the education, careers and health of our countries Veterans.

Mr. Butts is the Chairman of nineteen companies dedicated to our technology, including, ISBN.LIVE, INTERACTIVE COLLEGE NETWORKS, INTERACTIVE SPORTS NETWORKS, FAITH NETWORKS, HVCC UAV DRONE Technology Group, which is dedicated to our veteran in the field of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs DRONEs), with the development of owned centers by Veterans. The HVCC Knowledge Center, for the advanced development of national and International programs in a collaborative environment in Technologies. Mr. Butts is also the Executive Managing Member of the LNG CONSORTIUM PROJECT, LLC. . Mr. Butts is the Chairman and Founder of WorldGate Community International which is developing major project in the Greater Caribbean and in the United States. These are project ranging from one to five billion dollars.  

 Mr. Butts is the Chairman and Founder of the HVCC Educational Institute and the National Veterans Educational Institute which is developing a campus and buildings on a 155-acre campus with thirty new building in Ebensburg, Pa. The National Veterans Educational Institute is a 100% tuition free University that works with many of the top colleges and Universities in the country to offer full degrees to our veterans. Veterans live on campus and have to the ability to work with some of the greatest mines in the world in business, technology and science. 

Mr. Butts is also the founder of HVCC ASSEMBLY & LOGISTIC GROUP, LLC. and the HVCC ASSEMBLY & LOGISTIC DEVELOPMENT CENTER and the HVCC KNOWLEDGE CENTER. HVCC ASSEMBLY & LOGISTIC GROUP assembles SIP homes for international project, Indian Nations, and militaries around the world.

Mr. Butts is also the Founder of Now I Understand a seminar, lecture and writing program for combat Veterans and their families. Now I Understand is also does plays and speeches for veterans and veterans groups. His play LOST SOULs is a hard hitting writing and play depicting his personal feeling of losing his SOUL in continues combat in from January 4, 1967 to his last Purple Heart on September 24, 1967. He explains how it feels to have your very SOUL leaving you and why it couldn’t go with him.

Mr. Butts is a highly decorated Marine Corps Vietnam combat veteran, receiving three Purple Heart Medals while fighting at Con Thien and Gio Linh the two most northern out-post in South Vietnam. Mr. Butts was also at the Street of No Joy and did twelve combat major operations in nine months before being wounded for the third time and medivac for the final time. Mr. Butts was with Third Marines also awarded the Predidental Unit Citation (PUC) for valor.  Marine Corps PUC is equal to the Navy Cross the second highest nations award for Valor and awarded to a to a combat unit for Valor instead of individual awards. Mr. Butts was awarded the All-American Hero Award in 2013 for his tireless work for our counties veterans.   

Mr. Butts was a Scout Forward Observer in Viet Nam and part of the now declassified Nuclear Warfare Team in Viet Nam which were never to be in Viet Nam. He did not talk about this for years until it was declassified by CIA and DoD.

Three books have been written about Mr. Butts and his experiences in Viet Nam, at the Moving Wall and working with returning troops. Letters to Mom, Still The Monkey, and Beyond the Wall the Journey Home.

Dennis Butts has more than 50 years of business experience in voice/data communications, finance, sales and marketing, business development, strategic alliance relations and entertainment. He has been instrumental in the development of more than 50 successful business ventures for clients and has been involved in three IPO and numerous PPM offerings.  He has developed his own successful companies in telephony, data, sports and veterans’ affairs.

Mr. Butts is a much requested speaker on veterans’ issues and delivers his seminar and lecture series, “Now I Understand” around the country and on his web cast at . These are fully interactive seminars and lectures with a question and answer section included. Mr. Butts is currently writing a series of lectures and play focused on the deepest emotions of combat and the combat warrior.

The first of these is titled Lost Soul the Journey to God. It is a conversation Mr. Butts has with his own Soul in Viet Nam and is a very compelling lecture and play. Mr. Butts also offer corporations and companies an in-depth mentoring and awareness program for their employees and management.

Mr. Butts has been interviewed on numerous television and radio shows on veterans’ issues including, the Arizona Law Enforcement program, Standards and Training “People in Crisis”, seen by over 17,000 law enforcement personnel, Digital Production Buzz, twice, USVETS TV. Interview at the Wall, and TVWorldwide at the All-America Hero Presidential Inaugural Ball in 2013 where Mr. Butts was an All American Hero awardee. 

Mr. Butts was also the Keynote Speaker at the Government Video Expo. Mr. Butts arranged for the live broadcast of his presentation to be integrated with the live presentation of the Nefsis Technology from San Diego, CA and also simulcast on the Jumbo Tron of one of the vendors to all in the DC Convention Center. This was done on the fly at the Convention Center. It was at tribute to the broadcast team from TV Worldwide, Nefsis and the support of the vendor and DC Convention Center staff. Mr. Butts knew it could be done and it was. This had never been done on a live broadcast. 

Mr. Butts is also the Executive Producer of two Syndicated Reality TV Shows WorldGate Blue. These shows will be syndicated on cable, internet and ship board networks.

Mr. Butts was the developer, host and producer of the “After Action Report” TV program, broadcast weekly to thousands of veterans and troops worldwide on USVET’s TV. This program is now to be syndicated in 2016 and produced in Burbank, CA. After Action Report was produced in the TV Worldwide studios in Chantilly, Va. After Action Report featured many amazing guest including from the Bethesda Center of Excellence, the Director of National Intrepid Center of Excellence, Kathy Hemlick and the Director of TBI programs, Lt. Col Philip Holcombe, PhD. The shows were live, one hour in studio productions and utilized another first from Mr. Butts, the integration of live video collaboration of subject matter experts with as many as ten at any time interfacing with each other with full video and the panel on stage. This was a first for television broadcasting.

Mr. Butts was featured in January on the TV Webcast show titled Concussions and delivered on the new Concussion TV Network and TV Worldwide and US Vets TV. He was on the panel to discuss the effect of concussions in combat and how it relates to our troops.


In 1998, Mr. Butts formed his first sports company, Pro-Appearances, Inc. under DMB & Associates, representing professional athletes on appearances. Mr. Butts developed Pro-Appearances, Inc. into a major Representation firm. Mr. Butts did what everyone said you could not do in the appearance business, do them during the season of the sport. This was due to injuries, trades and players being cut during that time.

In 1998 Mr. Butts helped put together the Lennox Louis vs Evander Holyfield fight deal. Mr. Butts represented Emanuel Stewart (World Famous Trainer) and Lennox Lewis, Heavy Weight Champion, Leprechaun Boxing, represented Evander Holyfield, IMG was to be the promoter and event and television Naming Rights Holder. IMG had never been involved in boxing, and neither had Mr. Butts. But he studied and learned about boxing, how the deals were made, who got what from the deals, purse splits, TV rights percentages, gate percentage fees and much more before the meeting and read Mark’s McCormack’s books. Mr. Butts studied IMG and Mark McCormack, knew everything about them and Mr. McCormack that he possible could, before he went to close that deal. They got the deal for Lennox and Emanuel and IMG enter the boxing world for the first time..

Mr. Butts developed Pro Soccer Experience when MLS was formed and represented pro soccer players in many different areas of business. When MLS was formed there was no representation for US players. All contracts were held by Mr. Rothenberg and controlled by him. Foreign player were protected but not US players. Mr. Butts brought together the US Players to give them a voice in pro-soccer. Mr. Butts handled many areas of business for the Pro-Soccer player until they were up and running on their own. Mr. Butts negotiated endorsements, appearances and the development of camps for MLS players. He also negotiated contracts for player in the Professional Indoor Soccer League. Mr. Butts continue this representation and relationship with players for many years till most of his client retired.

Mr. Butts developed a program that provided complete back up on all appearances and Pro-Appearance, Inc. never missed an appearance. Even when Mr. Butts tore the descending lower artery in his heart getting ready for the National Body Building Championships and was flown from Martinsburg, WV. to Fairfax Hospital for emergency cardiac care, they did not miss the appearance that weekend. Mr. Butts actually was in CCU doing the final negotiations with two players from the New York Giants until his Cardiologist ended the call.

Mr. Butts expanded this into representing athletes in business, with his own competitive athletics career, and his integrated business dealings, allowed him to establish relationships with both professional athletes and business leaders worldwide. These relationship allowed Mr. Butts to help athletes build business, receive contracts, and develop marketing channels they otherwise would never have been able to have had.

In the sports arena he found a rich market where his skills were a major asset to his clients.

In 1998, Mr. Butts developed a group of companies that would be able to handle all areas of the business requirements of sports and athletes.  Five companies were created over the next five years. This group was refined creating two companies, DMB Sports Group, Inc., a design and marketing company and Digital Media Broadcasting Corporation, a broadcasting company.

In 1999 Mr. Butts was asked by Mr. Al Fasola to develop the infrastructure of 50 major sports entertainment venues known as Sportivo a 1.2 billion dollar project. The architect was the famous Michael Graves. Mr. Butts accepted the project and was responsible for the design of all cable plans, electronic signage, communications, and technology and develop all vendor contracts for the projects. The first facility was to be located in Charleston, SC. on 130 acres at North Point. The design and technology vendor relations was completed in 2006.

DMB Sports Group, Inc. is a design and marketing company specializing sports marketing and promotions. The company was formed in 2001. Mr. Butts and his partner set out to create a unique sports representation company and they achieved that goal. They also created the most successful summer sports camps in Virginia. This was done in two ways first by not specializing in one sport but having the children involved in all major sports every day and two by have professional athletes in every sport appear at the camp on a weekly bases. The camps were ten weeks so the children met and practiced with ten pro athletes over the course of the summer. Athletes for NFL, NBA, WNBA, Pro Soccer, Pro Golf, Professional Racing, and Olympic Kayakers, were just some of the professional and Olympic athletes the camper met and practiced with. The camp recorded 1000 campers per week every week from the first week.

Mr. Butts under DMB Sports Group, Inc., was asked by Pyramid Climbing Walls, out of Australia, to develop marketing for their climbing wall products in the United States. Mr. Butts sold the first ever, racquet ball to climbing wall conversion in the United States in one week to Burke Racquet and Swim Club for $187,000.  Mr. Butts sold the first climbing walls ever installed in Gold’s Gyms. The climbing walls were from Sport Rock and were installed in the new Gold’s Sports and Fitness Centers in New Port News, Va. and Chesapeake, Va. This was a first for Gold’s Gyms.

In 2004, Mr. Butts, while a principal with DMB Sports Group, Inc., was asked to develop and negotiate a five-year deal to house the Washington Redskins at the National Conference Center for their summer camp. This was no easy task. The conference center had no practice facilities. The Red Skins training facilities were five miles away at Red Skin Park in Ashburn, VA. Mr. Butts successfully negotiated a five-year full service contract that included fully catered food, rooms, board and bussing to and from Red Skin Park twice a day with police escort from beginning of camp to end in a total of 40 days.

In 2009 Mr. Butts developed the first sports fiber broadcasting company named SportView. It was formed with the support of  Lockheed Martin, Savvis Communication and Edge Technology. The project was the first of its kind and was side to be impossible to do over broadband. SportsView did it in two months and with the first live broadcast at the Jefferson Cup Soccer Torment in Richmond, Va. The major exhibition teams playing were North Carolina and Maryland with Anson Dorrance the winningest head coach in all NCAA History in attendance. Anson stated one of the players mother was in California and had nerver seen her daughter play an away game and our network just let get watch her play.  This was done in only two months. We provide full live feed form the field by our color team sent to the edit suite truck On-premises then to the satilite unlink truck the bird droped it down to  SAVVIS Headend in Wehakneen, NJ our over the fiber network to the ISPs. This was a major accomplishment at that time and was the birth of internet broadcasting.  SportsView when on the broadcast many college football games over the network and Mr. Butts negiotated the right to the WNIT that year and syndicated it to Comcast with 28 million vuewers. Mr. Butts continues to provide broadcasting on SportView of the A1 Grand Prix from the US and International Venues. We know that we had planed obsolesions and internet and cloud technology would replace our method we had made a major advance in the world of technolgy for brodcastiog of sports.
